Grain Tray
A
natural teak grain tray made from molded
plywood. The design of this piece begins
from the manufacturing process. Since
the 1950's, Saito Wood has manufactured
these pieces from Firmiama wood. The wood is thinly
sliced and dyed individually with a
distinctly different color. The
wood slices are then combined and cut
to emulate a natural teak look. The
quality of the replication is extraordinary.
