Policy |
Chatchada.com
will ship throughout the United States including Alaska & Hawaii
via FedEX, UPS and USPS. Customers
will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.
The packages are insured shipments. However, Chatchada.com
will not be responsible for purchases that decline delivery signatures.

Chatchada.com
will accept orders from Canada with minimum shipping charge of
$18 . Currently,
Chatchada.com will not accept international orders.
Effective
April 2006, free shipping will apply only to purchases $100 and
over, excluding shipping and tax. Standard shipping charges will apply to all
purchases under $100.

Return Policy |
CHATCHADA.COM
is committed to providing quality in design and manufacturing
in our collection. Our collection is design focused so we take
the selection process seriously. And we want to ensure your satisfaction
with our product and service. Within 15 days , if for any reason
you would like to return or exchange your new and unused purchase,
notify us via email at info@chatchada.com. Returns and exchanges
will only be accepted if we are first notified via email. Then
for your convenience, a prepaid return mailing label will be
emailed or mailed to you. The cost of the return mailing label
will be deducted from the refunded amount. Simply return it in
its original packaging using this label. Upon our receipt of
the package, we will gladly refund the amount charged to your
credit card for the purchase, excluding the original and return
shipping charge. As an alternate, you may return ship the purchase
back to us at the address below. We suggest insuring your shipments,
as CHATCHADA.COM will not be responsible for any damage incurred
during return shipment of purchases.
For
product exchanges, we will gladly replace it with another selection
and charge or refund your credit card the product price difference.
Notify us within 15 days via email at info@chatchada.com with
the name of the replacement item. Purchases may only be exchanged
once.
Returns
and Exchanges will not be accepted 15 days after receipt of your
purchase.
Unauthorized
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original
shipping
costs ($8.50) will not be refunded or credited under
any circumstances. Any purchases/exchanges due to returns are
not covered under the free shipping offer. Return shipping, payment
of return shipment, and any subsequent damages from return shipping
are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Credits
are good for a period of 12 months following issuance.
A
refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original
shipping costs.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of
package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon
receipt as no claims can be made after 10 days.
Clearance
Sale Items are final, no return or exchange.

if I make a mistake while ordering? How can I correct or cancel
an order?

Orders can be cancelled only if the order has not been processed
or shipped.

are the orders shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt

if my purchase arrives damaged?

mailing label. Product must be returned in its original packaging.

you have any other products not shown on the website?
Currently, our complete inventory is shown on the website. However,
we do take orders/suggestions for similar products by the same manufacturer.

with your request. If possible, we will locate the product and notify
you an availability date.
What
if a product is out of stock?
While we maintain a consistent inventory, occasionally, orders are
placed when the product is out of stock. You will be immediately
notified via email if a product is not available and we will make
every effort to get the product in a timely fashion. At this time,
you can choose to cancel your order or wait until the product become
available again.

I place an order from outside the United States?
Chatchada.com will accept orders from Canada with minimum shipping charge of
$15 .
Chatchada.com currently do not accept order outside Canada and United States.
What
if I do not receive my purchase?

will investigate the details of the delivery with the shipping agency
and provide proof of delivery. If necessary, a claim will
be filed with the shipping agency to recover the cost of the missing
purchase. Once the claim is settled, we will either replace your
purchase or refund your credit card. Chatchada.com will not be responsible
for missing purchases that decline delivery signatures.
